About This Plan

This impeccably charming Farmhouse plan delights as its wrap around and screened-in porch offers an exciting exterior appearance from the front, side and rear views. This single-story home is complete with three bedrooms, two plus bathrooms, a side entry two car garage, and a bonus room. The foyer opens to the exposed dining room detailed by columned beams and opens to the great room featuring a fireplace, built-in book shelving, and access to the screened-in porch through sliding doors. The kitchen and well-lit breakfast area are easily accessible from the great room, and offer a center island with a double sink and breakfast bar, pantry, and plenty of countertop and cabinetry topped off with sliding door access to the screened-in porch. The laundry area and guest powder room are nearby to the master bedroom and the garage. From the laundry area there is access to the bonus room, which features 8-foot ceilings and could be used as a playroom for children, a media room, or a home office. The split bedroom floor plan calls for the master bedroom to take up the left wing of the house while the secondary bedrooms take up the right wing. Bedroom #2 and #3 are identical in size and have great window views. Bedroom #2 has a slightly bigger closet than #3, while bedroom #3 has private access to the shared bathroom.
